Before payment these steps should have been completed: 1. All young adult vendors from this group/agency should be individually registered using THIS FORM

2. All potential young adult speakers/presenters from this group/agency who want to apply to present should have used THIS FORM , the SSV online presenter application - Young adult must be accepted or denied to the role of presenter via email acceptance letter before filling out this form.

3 An advisor from this group/agency should have already filled out THIS FORM, the YASBIZ Agency Group Registration From.
