Important Notes for Vendors

Vendor setup begins at 9 AM on 6/12/26
Vendors will remain vendors from 10 - 11 AM.
If vendors can bring a table, that would help.
Electricity may not be available, but let us know if you need it and we could explore getting it for you.
There's NO fee to sell as a vendor at the event, but you must register using this form.

Street Smart Ventures – Terms and Conditions Agreement

By selecting the boxes above and submitting your application, you acknowledge and agree to all terms outlined, including the following:

All boxes must be checked to become a vendor at the Cromwell Craft Fair event on 6/12/26.

Liability Waiver: You agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Street Smart Ventures, its employees, contractors, volunteers, and associates from any and all claims, damages, injuries, losses, or liabilities that may arise from your participation in this event, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or financial loss.

Compliance with Rules and Right of Removal: You agree to abide by all event rules, regulations, and policies set forth by Street Smart Ventures. You acknowledge that Street Smart Ventures reserves the right to ask you to leave the event at any time for any reason deemed necessary by the promoter, including but not limited to non-compliance with event policies, inappropriate behavior, or actions.

Insurance and Assumption of Risk: You acknowledge that it is your responsibility to carry appropriate insurance coverage for any liability or risks associated with your participation. You assume all risks of participation, including but not limited to injury, loss, or damage, and waive any claims against Street Smart Ventures and its affiliates for any incidents arising from inherent event risks.

Force Majeure and Schedule Adjustments: You understand that Street Smart Ventures reserves the right to change event dates, modify schedules, or cancel events entirely due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, acts of God, road closures, government regulations, or other extraordinary events. In such cases, Street Smart Ventures shall not be held liable.
