Registration

This form is for registering all of your agency staff/advisors and young adult participants who are attending as attendees, vendors and presenters.


Notes:

  • Each young adult will only fill one role and will be registered for that one role at the event. ie. vendor, presenter, attendee.


  • YASBIZ Vendors:

    Each YASBIZ vendor must also fill out a YASBIZ Vendor Form at www.streetsmartventures.com/yasbizvendorform - There are 30 YASBIZ vendor tables. First come first serve. All YASBIZ Vendors will be accepted until table run out.


  • YASBIZ Prospective Presenters:

    To be considered for a coveted event presenter spot, each YASBIZ prospective presenter must fill out a YASBIZ Presenter Application Form at www.streetsmartventures.com/yasbizpreseterform - Note: This is an application process with very limited spots. A young adult who is not vending is considered an event attendee until they are accepted to be a presenter.


1. Lunch for Agency Staff/Advisors


  • Agency staff/advisors will receive a free box lunch from SSV but are required to bring a raffle prize valued at $20 per staff member in attendance.

  • If your agency chooses not to have SSV supply lunch for your staff/advisors, no raffle prizes are expected to be supplied to the event.


2. YAS Young Adult Participants (Non-Vendors and Non-Presenters) – Two Options


Option A – Purchase the YASBIZ Experience Kit ($45 per participant):


Includes:

  • Boxed lunch/snacks with reusable lunch bag

  • Fair spending cash

  • Activities

  • Event swag


Option B – No YASBIZ Experience Kit Purchase (Free to Attend):


  • No boxed lunch/snacks, fair spending cash, activities, or swag are included


3. Important Notes on Lunch

  • Lunch is only included for agency staff/advisors (with raffle prize requirement) and for YAS participants with an Experience Kit.

  • If your agency chooses to provide lunch elsewhere for staff and young adult event attendees, there is no fee and no raffle prize requirement. There are some great restaurants in the area.

Our agency is planning on bringing this many YASBIZ presenters to the event. SSV has confirmed their acceptance as an event presenter. We will fill out a presenter form for each of our presenters

YASBIZ Experience Kit Agreement

Event Pricing for Reference:


  • YASBIZ Agency Staff/Advisor: boxed lunch in return for $20 raffle prizes per staff - $0

  • YASBIZ Attendee Experience Kit: for all young adult non-vendors and non-presenters: Boxed lunch/snacks - event spending cash - Activities - Swag - $45

  • YASBIZ Vendor Kit: 1 table to sell from, boxed lunch/snacks - vendor toolkit, electricity if needed for table. $45

  • YASBIZ Presenter Kit: Gives 30 min. presentation opportunity, use of projector, event spending cash, boxed lunch/snacks, $45
