This form is a Street Smart Ventures application used to apply to be a presenter at the upcoming Community Craft Fair on November 12, 2025 at The Courtyard by Marriott Hotel in Cromwell, CT.

Shortly after submitting this form, we will get back to you on whether or not you've been selected to present at the Community Craft Fair on November 12th, 2025.

Chosen presenters will receive a $30 stipend on the day of the event as a thank you for your time and efforts.
