Before the Community Craft Fair buzz begins, we’re inviting our amazing vendors to an exclusive evening designed just for you!
If you're available, come get a head start by setting up your booth, then stay to unwind, network, and indulge in decadent desserts with the SSV team.
This is a relaxed opportunity to connect with fellow vendors, meet our staff, and share ideas before the big day.
We’ll have sweet treats, good vibes, and plenty of time to chat, collaborate, and make sure you’re all set for a successful craft fair. Make sure to RSVP below.

Exciting news for our Community Craft Fair vendors.
Street Smart Ventures will now be providing a complimentary breakfast for all vendors from 8:30 AM, the load-in time, until 9:30 AM courtesy of SSV.
Enjoy fresh coffee, tea, fruit, breakfast breads, and more as our way of saying thank you for being a part of this wonderful community.
We love our vendors and want you to have a great start to a great day.

Vendor Load-In: 8:30 - 9:45 AM

Each vendor will have access to a 6-foot table at the event provided by the venue, and up to 3 chairs in total behind your table for any assistances you've already let us know was coming. Chairs will be provided by the venue. Vendors are responsible for providing tablecloths and selling set-ups for table tops.

Vendor Parking: You can park in the main parking lot of the hotel and cart your products/gear through the hotels main entrance to the fair site. Alternatively, you can drive around the hotel and load in directly through one of the doors attached to the fair's Ballroom location. If the later is done, just park your car in the main parking lot after unloading your things. Load-in options are shown on the map below with green checkmarks.

Vendor Lunch add - on: For those who purchased the add-on lunch option, we have a lunch room you will go to for gathering items for your bag lunch. Your name will be on the list if you chose to purchase lunch. You can head to the room to get your items anytime after between 12 - 1 PM.

Tips for a Great Craft Fair Experience: (For seasoned vendors and newbies)
Whether it’s your first craft fair or your tenth, each event is a chance to learn, grow, and connect with your community. Here are some helpful insights and reminders to make your day go smoothly — and to make sure you enjoy it along the way.
Before the Fair

Plan your display and setup ahead of time.
Sketch your table layout or practice setting it up at home. Use height and color to draw attention — risers, crates, or shelves make a big difference. -
Promote yourself early.
Post about your booth on social media and let friends or customers know where you’ll be. Bring business cards or a QR code that links to your website or Instagram. -
Pack smart.
Use bins or totes to organize everything — tablecloths, signage, displays, and inventory. Label each container so setup is quick and easy when you arrive. -
Know your prices.
Have clear, visible pricing for every item. People are more likely to buy when they don’t have to ask.
During the Fair

Arrive early and stay relaxed.
Getting there with plenty of time helps you set up calmly and check your space before doors open. -
Create a welcoming vibe.
Greet visitors with a friendly smile and a simple, “Hi, feel free to look around.” No pressure — just connection. -
Keep things tidy and inviting.
A clean, organized booth feels approachable. Refill items throughout the day and adjust your layout if something isn’t drawing attention. -
Engage with people.
Share the story behind your products. People love hearing how something was made or what inspired it. -
Stay flexible.
Every fair has surprises — weather, layout changes, or slow moments. Use those times to chat with other vendors, tweak your display, or post an update online.
After the Fair

Celebrate the wins.
No matter how many sales you make, you gained valuable experience and exposure. -
Take notes while it’s fresh.
What sold best? What questions did people ask? Write it down — those insights will guide your next event. -
Follow up.
Reach out to new contacts, post thank-yous online, and share photos from your booth. Keep the connection going beyond the event.
