Facilitators Shape the Experience
At Street Smart Ventures, being a facilitator is not about delivering content.
It is about shaping an environment where growth can happen.
There are three core functions:
1. Create the Environment
Set the tone where participants feel safe, respected, and encouraged.
2. Guide Through Experience
Ask questions. Prompt reflection. Allow space for real problem solving.
3. Reinforce Identity and Growth
Help participants recognize their strengths, interests, and capabilities.
This approach is intentionally different.
We are not just running programs.
