About the event

Community Conversations

Community Conversations is a quarterly virtual series from Street Smart Ventures focused on strengthening the people who strengthen others. Each session brings together professionals, leaders, and emerging changemakers for interactive dialogue around resilience, direction, identity, belonging, and sustainable impact.

These are not lectures. They are facilitated, participatory sessions designed to provide practical tools, structured reflection, and real world strategies for building stronger workplace and community culture.

About This Session

Identity and Belonging

Our sense of identity and belonging shapes how we lead, connect, communicate, and participate within our workplaces and communities. In a time when many people feel disconnected, overwhelmed, or uncertain of where they fit, organizations and leaders are being called to create environments where people feel seen, valued, and supported.

This interactive Community Conversations session will explore the role identity and belonging play in personal well being, workplace culture, leadership, collaboration, and community engagement.

Participants will reflect on how experiences, environments, relationships, and systems influence connection, inclusion, and emotional safety. Through guided discussion and small group dialogue, attendees will explore practical ways to strengthen belonging, foster authentic connection, and build healthier, more supportive cultures within teams and communities.

Speaker/facilitator will be announced soon.
